HGT800-20 air compressor is a high-performance screw air compressor with a large exhaust volume and pressure range, suitable for a variety of industrial application scenarios.
2. Working principle
The working principle of a screw air compressor usually includes four main processes:
Intake process: inhale outside air through the intake valve.
Sealing and conveying process: air is conveyed in the sealed cavity formed by the screw and the casing.
Compression and oil injection process (for oil-injected screw air compressor): During the compression process, lubricating oil is sprayed in to cool and lubricate the screw and help seal.
Exhaust process: compressed air is discharged through the exhaust valve and enters the air storage tank or directly supplied to the point of use (for example, to meet the working gas demand of the down-the-hole drilling rig)

5. Work Cases
Case Background: Due to the needs of the Guatemalan customer's border protection slope project, our company's down-the-hole drilling rig and air compressor were purchased.
Air compressor workflow:
Startup and loading: After receiving the start signal, the air compressor starts to run, and the screw rotates to inhale and compress the air. When the pressure in the air tank is lower than the set value, the air compressor automatically loads and increases the exhaust volume.
Stable operation: In the stable operation stage, the air compressor automatically adjusts the exhaust volume according to the pressure changes in the air tank to maintain stable pressure. At the same time, the lubricating oil system continues to work to ensure the lubrication and cooling of the screw and bearings.
Unloading and shutdown: When the gas consumption of the production line decreases or the pressure in the gas tank reaches the upper limit, the air compressor automatically unloads, reduces the exhaust volume and enters the standby state. If there is no need for gas for a long time, it will automatically shut down to save energy.
6.Energy-saving transformation case
In order to further improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs, our company has carried out energy-saving transformation on the HGT800-20 air compressor. Specific measures include:
